  • The innovative and superior marketing of your suite online through virtual tours with an interactive floor plan, professional photography and the highest quality video tour.

  • The thorough screening of qualified Tenant(s) applicants and supporting documentation.

  • The arrangement of a new / renewal Tenancy Agreement including customized clauses.

  • The arrangement of all necessary resident and elevator forms provided to the Tenant(s).

  • Pre and Post Inspections of your suite with the Tenant(s).

  • The arrangement of keys, fobs and garage door opener for pick-up and delivery to the new Tenant(s).

  • The arrangement of your suites Pre Delivery Inspection (P.D.I), Closing Inspection, 30 Day and 1-Year End Tarion Inpection.

  • The arrangement of quarterly suite inspections.

  • The arrangement of repairs and maintenance of your suite when required.

  • The immediate attendance of your suite in case of an emergency.

  • The issue of rent increase allowance in accordance with Residential Tenancies Act.

  • The arrangement of your attendance and representation at the Annual General Meeting for owners “AGM”.
