Why You Should Rent With Me
As a renter, you do not pay any real estate fees. This means I can help you and it will cost you nothing. There are no strings attached.
Please be advised that Toronto Harbourfront condo rental rates will vary starting from bachelor suites $1,000+, 1-bedroom $1,350+, 1-bedroom plus den $1,600+, 2-bedrooms $1,900+. Please note that the prices do not include a locker or parking. Parking is expected to be approximately $125 - 200 per month depending on the availablity and demand. Important information and documentation for renters that is required when an offer to lease is submitted:
- Rental Application: Please send me an e-mail to request a copy.
- Current Credit Report: An up-to-date credit report is required and can be obtained through a credit reporting agency such as Equifax (www.equifax.ca) or Tran Union (www.transunion.ca). Credit Reports should be obtained no more than 45 days before the time of any application.
- Current Employment Letter: Stating your current position, length of employment and monthly or yearly salary.
- Reference Letters: This can be your current landlord and co-worker confirming good character and financial responsibility. A non-family member is preferable.
- Rental Deposit: The first and last month’s rent is required with an offer to lease. This should be provided by way of a certified cheque or bank draft issued within 24 hours upon acceptance of the offer.
- Other Possible Deposits: Additional deposits are sometimes requested by the landlord for keys, key fobs and garage door openers which are refundable at the end of the lease upon there return. In the case of lost items the deposit will be used to replace the item(s) and shall not be refunded.
